- We will source the best venues and locations to suit your needs.
- Through our contacts in the industry we will negotiate the best rates
on your behalf. - Blackbird Corporate will forward to you a detailed proposal offered by each venue.
- Arranged site visits, in attendance with your Blackbird Corporate Event Manager.
Once you have chosen your venue there is still a lot of work to do.
- We will draw up your confirmation and follow up with full co-ordination of your event with regards to menus, AV, entertainment, contracts and final numbers. Leaving you free to concentrate on the internal elements of your event.
- We will work side by side with you to ensure that your event is the best it can possibly be.

We do not charge for our service as we receive the normal agent's commission payable by the venue regardless of the discounts which have been offered to you.
