As discussed at our meeting, in partnership with your organisation we have achieved all our objectives and met the required recruitment targets for both St Monans and Anstruther fire stations.
In addition, the recruitment and marketing strategy directly involved retained firefighters from both stations who thoroughly enjoyed meeting and working with you during the summer events and this has given the service a solid platform for future retained recruitmetn campaigns.
